Advancement through misery
Self-destructive technology
With greed comes suffering
Ignites the rage within
Divided by prophecies
The gift of creation / Abused by the few
Only to serve pride and conflict
Tools of destruction, built by the hand of man
Senseless, fueling the apocalypse
Relentless, this will to perish
Fed from the darkness, we crawl
Craving Armageddon
Plagued by this emptiness, we fall
Spreading the seed of annihilation
Humanity's poison
Fabricating his own demise
Regression of the masses
Blind to the menace
Sworn into decline
Advancement through misery
Self-destructive technology
With greed comes suffering
Ignites the fire
Ignite the flame
Destined to scorch the world
Ignite the flame within
Left to rot among the ashes
Divided by prophecies
The gift of creation / Abused by the few
Only to serve pride and conflict
Tools of destruction, built by the hand of man
A specie that will never learn
Centuries of progress / Civilized and cruel
History doomed to be repeated
The path to extinction led by the hand of man
Fed from the darkness, we crawl
Craving Armageddon
Plagued by this emptiness, we fall
Spreading the seed
First WTF was google music actually throwing something good into my feed.
Second WTF was everything every goddamn member of this band does. This and the previous album have been on repeat for weeks. All other music tastes like diet water. Help. Gruso
Archspire is wholly unique for their ability to write music that is this insanely technical, but also actually catchy and memorable. Absolutely one-of-a-kind band. Kadin Wisniewski
When the production is bearable, Exocrine is probably the best tech death band in the world. This and Molten Giant are two of the best records in the genre. The last album had some real production defects that kicked me out (lawn sprinkler drum sound), but The Hybrid Suns is everything you could want in a tech death album. So unbelievably intricate and yet so much fun. It’s impossible to pick a favorite track. Metallurgical Fire
