Born to defy, an agent of demise
Created to resist, unaffected by the lies
Forged by a code of beliefs, a one-man creed
With nothing to corrupt, this unbreakable will
Enter the monster
Paralyzed by the aura
Walls are painted black
Pulverized by the presence
As a child thrown to the wolves
To perish or survive
As a man thrown into the pits of hell
To suffer or confront the demons
Led by obsession
An impossible dream to reach
Addicted to the chaos
Ready to face the wrath of the storm
Blinded by the passion
This invincible barrier to break
Forever cursed to be the one
Ascending through the storm
Born stubborn
Rebellious phenomenon
A stain among the pure
Black sheep disturbing the peace
Pariah, Arrogant and fierce
Refusing to conceit
Laughing in the face of defeat
Why the fury?
Why the courage? Why?
Standing against the odds
A battle that can't be won
As a child thrown to the wolves
To perish or survive
As a man thrown into the pits of hell
To suffer or become the devil
Praised by the masses as a savior
Unaware of the solitude, the sacrifice
Forever cursed to be the one
Ascending through the...
Relentless, Unable to forgive
Doomed to a never ending prison rage
After years of anger, only to realize
Chaos is addicted to me
I am the storm
Why the fury?
Why the courage? Why?
Standing against the odds
A battle that cannot be...won
Standing against the odds...
Standing against the odds...
First WTF was google music actually throwing something good into my feed.
Second WTF was everything every goddamn member of this band does. This and the previous album have been on repeat for weeks. All other music tastes like diet water. Help. Gruso
Archspire is wholly unique for their ability to write music that is this insanely technical, but also actually catchy and memorable. Absolutely one-of-a-kind band. Kadin Wisniewski
When the production is bearable, Exocrine is probably the best tech death band in the world. This and Molten Giant are two of the best records in the genre. The last album had some real production defects that kicked me out (lawn sprinkler drum sound), but The Hybrid Suns is everything you could want in a tech death album. So unbelievably intricate and yet so much fun. It’s impossible to pick a favorite track. Metallurgical Fire
